Vegan Cranberry Pecan Pie w/ Candied Pecans

Coming back with another delicious fall recipe! I have never been a great pie maker so making my own recipe for one made me quite hesitant. To my surprise, it actually turned out really well on the first try. Of course I re-made it a couple times to get it just right.

This was actually a fun recipe for me to make, because it was originally a challenge between my fellow vegan friend, Trisha, and I. We decided to pick three ingredients that were “fall-inspired” and make a dish out of it. The ingredients were:

  • Maple syrup
  • Cranberries

Vegan Pumpkin Peanut Butter Cups

Just another pumpkin flavoured recipe coming at you LOL. You can never have too much pumpkin….well I guess maybe. I whipped this recipe up today. It was super quick and easy and a perfect little treat for this season. 

What I love about this recipe is that it’s super easy and a lot healthier then your traditional Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups….and in my opinion it tastes a heck of a lot better. Raw Vegan Pumpkin Pie | Updated Recipe

It’s that time of year again…Fall season! Time to break out all the pumpkin flavoured things am I right?! I already posted a vegan pumpkin bread recipe, so I decided to update my raw vegan pumpkin pie recipe I created last year. I admit, it wasn’t the best recipe I have made and there was for sure a lot of adjustments I wanted to make, but never did. So after a year of improving my baking/cooking skills I wanted to post an updated version.

Vegan Pumpkin Bread

 

Okay..Okay…I have been slightly obsessed with pumpkin flavoured food/drinks lately so whats better then some delicious pumpkin bread?! I remember a couple weeks ago I went to the store and stocked up on 10+ pumpkin flavoured things…a little crazy? I know!

Easy Vegan Chocolate Dipped Peanut Butter Cookies

Simple & Healthy Granola Recipe

If you don’t know….I am obsessed with granola, oats, you name it. I put it on vegan yogurt, with milk, and of course my smoothie bowls/nicecream. I love getting that perfect crunch to my food, and granola always does the job.

I always put a crap ton of raw oats on my smoothie bowls….because for some reason it always gives the perfect texture. Today I actually processed a bowl full of some oats in my food processor just so I could top it on my smoothie bowl. Its ridiculous how much I put on LOL. Healthy Raspberry Jam Filled Chocolate Muffins

I took a day off of school today because I was extremely tired from a long drive home after a long weekend so I spent the day sleeping and of course…MAKING FOOD! Experimenting in the kitchen is obviously my favorite thing to do especially when I am bored or tired, it always wakes me up and keeps me going.
